Comprehensive
Support for Caregivers

Who is a family caregiver? If you are looking after a spouse, parent, chosen-family member, friend, neighbour, someone in your community, or across the country, that would find it hard to manage without your support—you are a caregiver.

We define this to simply allow folks to understand that there is support here for YOU. You are also many other things—a daughter, a nephew, a spouse, a friend, an advocate.. At the heart of our support is ensuring you can stay being all of these things, sustain these relationships, take care of yourself - all while caring for the person in your life who is living with serious illness.

Built by Clinicians for
Family Caregivers

Our philosophy of care was created by clinicians frustrated with delivering diagnoses of chronic conditions and then leaving patients to face the challenges alone. We listened to families, who expressed a need for coordinated care, seamless communication among healthcare providers, ongoing and available support that adapts as the disease progresses and training to ensure they feel confident on this journey.

At Magnolia, our care extends beyond simply symptom management. We see individuals within their full environment, recognizing the strengths and support systems that surround them. This means placing the family caregivers, and community, at the center of our treatment, as we believe this collective support is essential for living well with chronic conditions.
